Kristen Cox, Owner, FNP-C
Kristen Cox has been in the medical field for 14 years having first obtained her Associate Degree of Nursing from Collin County Community College in 2005. Kristen spent the majority of her nursing career in the emergency setting. She later attended Walden University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2016. Since obtaining her FNP license, Kristen has worked exclusively as a house call primary care provider.
Alison Harris, Owner, FNP-C
Alison Harris is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance, she later completed paramedic school and graduated from Excelsior College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. After practicing as a nurse in the emergency setting, she later returned to school to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2016. Since obtaining her FNP license, Alison has worked in the emergency and urgent care settings as well as performing house calls.
Shawn Cole, M.D., M.H.A.
Dr. Cole is board-certified in internal medicine and holds a medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University. Following completion of his internal medicine-primary care residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, he enjoyed six years at the Veterans Affairs Connecticut Health System. He later became Medical Director for Urgent Care and Patient-Centered Medical Home at Northeast Medical Group before transitioning to the Medical Director of a large community-based ambulatory clinic. Dr. Cole has won numerous teaching awards as a result of his passion for leadership and education. Clinically, Dr. Cole employs an evidence-based, individualized approach with disease prevention in mind.
