DO I QUALIFY FOR HOUSE CALLS?
House calls are geared towards providing convenience for our patients. If you have difficulty with mobility or making it to a primary care clinic, then you will likely qualify for house calls. We can review your insurance benefits prior to scheduling an appointment to guarantee your eligibility.
WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?
We currently serve the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Being a mobile company allows us the freedom to travel to patient’s homes. This means if you live in DFW, we likely cover your area.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE ON A MOBILE BASIS?
Diamond House calls will take vital signs, perform an exam, and electronically prescribe to your preferred pharmacy. We also partner with mobile diagnostic companies that perform labs/blood draws, x-rays, and ultrasounds. Should these tests be ordered by your practitioner, one of these companies will also come to your home to complete the testing.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our typical office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm; however, exceptions outside of this time frame for visits may be possible if your practitioner is available.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE VISITS?
You and your practitioner will determine how often your visits will occur based on medical necessity; however, most visits occur every 30-60 days. If you need to be seen prior to your next appointment, call our scheduler, or request an appointment online, for an earlier visit; however, if you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room as we do not perform emergency visits.
